Can I take my Love Box home?

You cannot take the Love Box home. The Love Box remains in
it’s own place at the LOVE BANK.
For 1 YEAR or FOREVER you can store in a Love Box a symbolic keepsake
of your love or desire for love.

How big item can I store in my Love Box?

The maximum size of the item you can store in the Love Box is:
70 x 95 x 9 millimeters.

Are the Love Boxes secure?

– Love Boxes are under constant CCTV surveillance.

– The LOVE BANK is located in a 500-year-old gold mine, carved
out of the hardest andesite rocks so it resists anything.

– The LOVE BANK resides in the house that is a part of an
UNESCO World Heritage Site.

– On request we can seal your Love Box FOREVER with a special
security tape with a unique code.

I’ve got my Love Box for ONE YEAR – could
I extend my subscription?

Yes, certainly, for another year or forever, whichever you wish.
It’s simple – just pay your new membership contribution (according
to current rate for Love Boxes) no less than seven days before your
one year runs out.

What happens to the content of my Love Box
after my subscription expires?

After such time we have the right to remove the contents and free
the Love Box for someone else. Your keepsake(s) will be then
securely stored for 30 days in the depository. You can come and
collect them during this period.

6.

If I have got my Love Box FOREVER, does it
also mean that it could be inherited?

Yes. Your Love Box FOREVER is inheritable. However, if you don’t
wish it to be, please, advise us.

7.

How many Love Boxes there are
in the LOVE BANK altogether?

In the LOVE BANK there are as many Love Boxes, as there are letters,
punctuation marks and spaces in the poem MARÍNA.
Come and count them! 🙂

8.

What is an Access code and how do I get it?

Upon receipt of your contribution for a Love Box, an Access code will be sent to your e-mail address.

After submitting the Access code at www.reallovebank.com/access-code,

we will provide you with your dedicated Love Box within the LOVE BANK.

Afterwards you can personalise and activate your Love Box.

Your Love Box will then be ready for you to store a symbol of your love or desire for love.
